My name is Lily Portal, and I would love to introduce you to one of the most enchanting parts of the world, Peru.

My purpose for creating this informative website portal is to promote the spectacular country of Peru and its rich, historic culture, and to answer any questions you may have while planning your trip, or move, to my wonderful country.

In summary goal is to be your personal Peruvian society and travel advisor.

I was born in the Andes Mountain city of Huancayo, Peru, where I resided with my extended family for the first 16 years of my life. My Grandfather owned a large estate and dairy farm, and my father owned a retail clothing store, where I learned much of my business excellence.

At the age of 16 I moved to the capital city of Lima with my mother and father along with my two brothers and sister. It was there that I married and gave birth to my beautiful daughter, Gina. It wasn’t long before I knew that I wanted more for my family, so I decided to spread my wings and fly to the land of opportunity, to make a successful living for myself and the ones that I love. I became a citizen of the USA and established myself in the state of New Jersey, where I created several successful businesses.

Not forgetting my family, back in Peru, I would travel back and forth as much as possible, while maintaining my dual citizenship. I felt the strong need to keep our family ties united, and to allow my daughter to remain in touch with our unique culture. It was during my last visit to my homeland that I realized just how unique and rich our culture is.

While traveling through some of the incredible areas of my country Machu Piccu and Ica to name a few a new appreciations for Peru overwhelmed me, and I fell in love with her all over again. I couldn’t keep this renewed passion all to myself, so with much prayer, and a new vision, I decided to share my heart, and my country, with the world.
